You can go to our website's https://www.dot.ph/ product page and click on the "Renew" button. You will need to enter your domain, and then you can complete the renewal process. However, this option will not save the transaction.

Option 3: Renew from a Different Account
You can log in to a different account and renew your domain from there to get an invoice to the account that is logged in. You can request for transfer invoice later by sending request to helpdesk@dot.ph
Payment Methods
You can choose between two payment methods: Pay by credit/debit card or pay by cash.
Pay by credit/debit
For online payments, You can select the "Pay by Credit/Debit Card" option and enter your payment details. Charges on your credit card may differ due to conversion rates by your card company.
Pay by cash.
For cash payments, You can select the "Pay by Cash" option and follow the instructions provided by Dragonpay. They can choose from various payment methods, such as online banking, over-the-counter payment, or payment centers. We do remind you to follow the payment instructions sent to your email.
